The District Court of Appeal, Fourth District, has rendered an order seeking to invoke this Court's jurisdiction under article V, section 3(b)(5), Florida Constitution. The order certifies that a Circuit Court's judgment pending on appeal has a great effect on the proper administration of justice throughout the state and requires immediate resolution by the Supreme Court. We decline to accept jurisdiction. We do not find that the issues presented by the appeal properly fall within the meaning of the jurisdictional provision in article V, section 3 (b)(5). The judgment appealed does not, in our view, require an immediate resolution by this Court. We see no reason why the appeal should not simply be decided by the District Court of Appeal in the normal manner.
